Prom Merch

In addition to Prom Tickets and Companion Vouchers, each year, the prom team produces items that might be of interest to participating families. Take a look at the sections below for items of interest BEFORE prom, DURING prom, and AFTER prom.

Before Prom

This lightweight t-shirt on a light gray Bella+Canvas t-shirt with black ink has the prom logo, disco ball, and the year on the front shirt pocket design. The back celebrates the history of TxCHP with a concert tour style design with the themes and years across the back. Shirts are available for purchase in the Prom Store. Shirts will be available from the time ticket sales open until January 26th. Once shirt sales close, the shirts will be ordered in batch, then packaged and shipped to the home address from your prom account. Parent volunteers do the sorting and packaging at one or two of their workdays in February. You should receive your shirt order before dance lessons begin so you can wear it to the dance lessons. T-shirt prices include the cost of packaging and shipping them to you.

During Prom

Students receive two tokens or tickets during check-in that they can use to get one of a number of souvenirs or concession items available during prom. The first two items are covered by the token, but you might want to bring some extra dollar bills to buy the next round, especially if you plan to sample all of the Dublin soft drink flavors! Concessions and the gift shoppe take the tokens/tickets or cash only, and please don’t be that guy who only has a $20. After the first few people, there won’t be any change left.

When you arrive at your table at prom, look for the annual souvenir keychain at your dinner table. There is one there for each student. These are part of your prom experience and are yours to keep. You’ll see a photo below with a variety of TxCHP keychains.

After Prom

When prom is over, you might want to check out all the candid photos taken throughout the evening. These are available for FREE download a few days following prom. Watch your email for the password to view and download these images.

Images are also available for purchase if you want the printed copy. You’ll find the option to make a purchase at the same place you’ll find the free downloads. (We suggest the free download and send your images somewhere near you for processing.)
