Please note: All meals served at prom are gluten-free and nut-free, except for the dinner rolls, which do contain gluten but are served separately in a bread basket. Our meals are also pork-free and shellfish-free. Allergies beyond these need to be discussed with our Special Meals Coordinator.

Chopped Romaine salad with parmesan cheese, teardrop tomatoes, and mandarin oranges. Salad dressings served at the table include Roasted Onion Balsamic Vinaigrette and Buttermilk Ranch.
