TxCHP rates available until the block is sold out or until Monday, March 24, 2025. Group rate is no longer available for bookings after that date or outside of the TxCHP block.

- King Suite $159 (before tax)
- Queen/Double Suite $169 (before tax)
- Rates do not include garage parking, and rollaways/cots are not available.
Features and Amenities
- The Embassy Suites in Frisco features all two-room suites with a queen sleeper in the first room, and your choice of a king bed or two queen/double beds in the bedroom.
- The hotel has fabulous amenities, including a refrigerator and microwave in every room, free hot breakfast, and a complimentary evening reception on Friday and Saturday.
- The Embassy Suites and the Frisco Conference Center are connected by a hallway, so you will be able to go straight from your room to the prom without leaving the building!

Parking - Free Parking and Garage Parking
- Free parking is occasionally available in the lot surrounding the Embassy Suites, and also available at the Stonebriar Centre, with easy pedestrian access via lighted crosswalk with our sentinel team members.
- Garage parking is available for $10 for the event (payable in cash at time of entrance) and overnight parking for hotel guests is $18.
- Limited Valet parking is available for $25.
Secondary Hotel Accommodations
TxCHP will also make arrangements for reserved blocks at other nearby hotels if it appears that the primary hotel is filling quickly.
